Czech Republic: Cesky Krumlov
The castle city of Cesky Krumlov lies in the Southwest of the Czech Republic. It has nearly completely preserved
its medieval center as no other town in the region. For this reason Cesky Krumlov has entered the UNESCO register
of monuments of world significance in 1992. There are a log of attractions in this small town. For example the
huge castle complex with the second biggest castle in Bohemia. The tower of the castle is called the most beautiful
in the Czech Republic. However, the main attraction is the old town by itsself - because it makes a lot of fun to
stroll through the small streets, shop czech handicrafts and try some food and drinks in unique pubs and restaurants.
But Cesky Krumlov is not the only sight of South Bohemia. In the surroundings there are a lot of other attractions, too. The
city of Ceske Budejovice is not only famous for Czech beer, it is also one of the most beautiful cities in the Czech Republic.
Ceske Budejovice has the largest square in Middle Europe and a lot of historic buildings inside its old town.
Last but not least Hluboka Chateau - it is regarded as one of the most beautiful castles in Bohemia is situated 15 km from
Ceske Budejovice.
